-Feeding: twice a day grain and coastal hay. Peanut hay available at cost.
-High quality Nutrena grains delivered weekly.
-Full-size covered dressage arena with geotextile footing and mirrors.

-60 foot lunging arena with sand/clay surface
-Obstacle challenge course in large grass arena
-Trails on property
-Tack rooms with dehumidifiers
-Covered grooming/tack-up area
